Product description
Model F4000 belongs to Model F Series product line. “F” stands for
its installation-FREE design, and “4000” is its unit capacity which
can process 4,000kg of feedstocks each production batch. Using its
thermal pyrolysis technology, Model F4000 converts solid wastes of
used tires and waste plastic to useful products with good market
value. It not only brings a practical solution to waste recycling,
but also creates a profitable business.
Output product and usage
Fuel Oil (50%-75%)
1. Used as the heating material and sell it to cement factories,
glass factories, ceramic factories, electric power factories, steel
making factories, boiler factories, etc.
2. Used in heavy oil generator for electricity generation.
3. Deep process it into diesel oil with our distillation plant,
color and smell removal system, the final oil can be used in diesel
engines like trucks, tractors, etc.
Carbon Black (30%-35%)
Slag for construction.
Flammable Gas (8%-10%)
Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of
coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the extra gas to restart the next batch.

Low Shipping Cost
Model F4000 is formed by two modules. The overall dimension of each
module is built exactly according to the maximum size of 40 feet
high cube container. Therefor only two 40 feet high cube containers
are loaded for shipment. The transportation and shipment is never
easier.
Small Foot Space
With its compacting structure, Model F4000 covers small foot space
of 50.6 square meters (2.2m by 23m). It can easily fit in your
existing working space.
Easy To Operate
The modular design and pre-assembled design makes it super easy to
operate Model F4000 pyrolysis plant. With water and electricity
supplying well managed, to control the working temperature is the
main work. Two trained workers can easily operate the machine.
Clean Emission
The high efficient emission control system of stainless steel
deduster offers good purification of flue gas. The emission is
clean and the production is pollution-free.
