Input raw material
The waster raw material can be Waste plastic , like pp , pe , ps ,
abs etc. Waste tires , rubber products.
Output product
The output product includes fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire,
and incondensable gas.
Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factories,
heavy oil generators, cement factories, and boiler heating, etc.
Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber
products.
Steel wire could be sold to the recycling station or steel mill for
remelting.
The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor,
saving energy.
Main features
- High efficiency. The feeding port of the pyrolysis reactor is
1400mm, so the waste material doesn’t need pretreatment, it can be
put into the pyrolysis reactor directly with the auto feeder
machine.
- High stability. The rollers are engineered under feeding port and
oil outlet port which are external from the heating area to bring
perfect rotating balance and longer service life.
- Energy-saving : Non-condensable gas will go back to the heating
system for second burning as heating material, saving your heating
fuel.
- High oil yield: Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient
condensation of oil gas into liquid oil.
- Eco-friendly: The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic
filters inside, which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and
a good dedusting effect.
- High safety level: Equipped with Alarm, auto pressure releasing
device, an anti backfire device, and vacuum pump to ensure the
machine working smoothly.
