What Pyrolysis is Used For ?
Generally speaking , it will takes around 24 hours to process 10-15
Ton plastic and tires waste to fuel oil ,carbon black , steel
wire(if the raw material are tyres) by using Huayin waste tyre and
plastic pyrolysis machine. This set of equipment has the advantages
of environmental protection , energy saving ,and high profit.
Can pyrolysis oil be used in cars?
The pyrolysis oil can not be used in cars directly. the pyrolysis
oil can be used for industrial fuel for cement plant, steel plant,
metallurgical plant, glass plant, power plant etc. , The tyre
pyrolysis oil contains a large number of naphthenic hydrocarbons
and aromatics. The higher content of aromatics will reduce the
quality of oil and make incomplete combustion, these substances
will affect the combustion efficiency of tire oil in the engine and
pollute the environment.
However ,the tyre oil can also be further processed and refined
into non-standard diesel by our oil distillation plant. The heavy
oil will be refined into clean and bright diesel oil, which can be
used in diesel generators, tractors, trucks, ships, power
generators, etc.

No waste water , gas and black smoke discharged out . The water for
condensing system is circular and the water is separated with the
oil gas pipe, so there is no waste water. The syngas that can not
be liquefied will be used for burning as heating fuel . The smoke
produced will be purified by the dedusting device , finally no
black smoke and meets the national emission standard.

1. The pyrolysis reactor is manufactured with good material of
Q245R boiler plate which is high pressure and temperature
resistance , 16mm thickness , it is rotating when production ,thus
ensures the raw material can be heated evenly and faster. The
thickened insulation layer minimizes heat loss.
2. Carbon black is conveyed in a sealed condition to achieve
pollution-free and the slag is discharged out automatically through
the screw conveyor,
3. Hydraulic feeder can load more feedstocks since it can compact
feedstocks while feeding. Less feeding time and labour required.
4. Larger condensation area maximizes condensation effect
