Plastic pyrolysis is a process of breaking down plastic waste into
its constituent parts through the use of high temperatures in an
oxygen-free environment. The main products produced during tire
pyrolysis are fuel oil , carbon black and steel wire.

1. The pyrolysis plant can process both waste tires and plastic
(including PP ,PE , PS , ABS etc.)
2. No need the catalyst during the whole pyrolysis process.
3. No pollution. The smoke produced will be purified by our
dedusting device ,finally reached emission standard.
4. 100% Safety. The pyrolysis reactor is made of Q245R/Q345R
boilerplate, which is high pressure and high-temperature resistance
that ensure its longer service life. Adding perfect hot seal
technology to ensure operation safely.
5. No waste left after the pyrolysis process, the
syngas(combustible gas) is recycled into the furnace to heat
reactor instead of heating material.
6. It is easier to obtain economic value by recycling waste tires
and plastics by pyrolysis process.
7. For 10ton waste tires or plastic , it will take about 24 hours
to finish one batch.

Inspection before shipment
From start to finish, quality is Huayin's top priority. We monitor
it at every step of our work. In addition to our factory's strict
quality supervision system, we will also conduct more inspections
before shipment to ensure that our plants are as perfect as
possible. Inspection mainly includes size inspection, mark
inspection, appearance quality inspection, packaging inspection,
document review, etc. If it is convenient for clients, we warmly
welcome clients to participate in our inspection work. We must
ensure that each product fully meets the quality requirements,
otherwise it will be reprocessed until it passes the inspection of
each step.
