The industrial scale waste tyre pyrolysis plant is used for
converting tires into fuel oil .It decomposes the organic
components of the tire by heating at a high temperature of 500-700
℃ under the condition of anaerobic, so as to obtain around 45% fuel
oil, 30% carbon black, 10% steel wire, 10%-15% combustible gas.

| Flammable Gas (8%-10%) | 1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of heating
material. 2. Storage the excess gas with a special device to restart the next
