Product description
The function of the waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant is to
convert various kinds of waste tires like car tyres , motorcycle
tires, bicycle tires, and OTR tires , plastic scrap to fuel oil,
carbon black, steel wire, and syngas. Due to the advantages of
environmentally friendly, energy-saving, high safety level, and
large profit of this equipment, it is widely used for the treatment
of waste rubber and plastic products.

Operation Process
1: Feeding. Feed tires into reactor manually or with auto feeder;
2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperatures
and oil gas comes out.
3: Oil-producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is
cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be
turned into liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for
second burning.
4: Cooling. After the oil processing is finished, leave the plant
for cooling.
5: Carbon black discharging.
6: Pulling out steel wire.

Output product and usage
---Fuel oil (50%-75%)
1. The main product - fuel oil produced by waste pyrolysis machine
is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes. This fuel
oil is a kind of good heating fuel that can be applied for boiler
factories, cement factories, glass factories, steel mills, etc.
2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine.
The distillation diesel can be used for diesel engines.
---Carbon black (30%-35%)
1. It can be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating.
Pellets are a good alternative to coal as their calorific value is
equivalent to that of coal.
2. It can be ground and refined into different standards.
Flammable Gas (8%-10%)
1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of
coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the extra gas to restart the next batch.
