Product description
Micro-negative pressure high temperature pyrolysis technology for
waste tires is one of the promising waste tire treatment methods.
It decomposes the organic components of the tire by heating at a
high temperature of 500-700 ℃ under the condition of anaerobic, so
as to obtain around 45% fuel oil, 30% carbon black, 10% steel wire,
10%-15% combustible gas.
Output product and usage
Fuel oil (pyrolysis oil) is widely used in industries, such as
steel factories, heavy oil generators, cement factories, boiler
heating, etc. Or deep process it into diesel oil with our
distillation plant, color, and smell removal system, the final oil
can be used in trucks, tractors, etc.
Carbon black can be made into pellet or briquette as heating
material.
Steel wire could be sold to the recycling station or steel mill for
remelting.
The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor,
saving energy.

Main features
Environmental friendly Huayin waste tyre/plastic pyrolysis plant
No waste water , gas and black smoke discharged out . The water for
condensing system is circular and the water is separated with the
oil gas pipe, so there is no waste water. The syngas that can not
be liquefied will be used for burning as heating fuel . The smoke
produced will be purified by the dedusting device , finally no
black smoke and meets the national emission standard.
High Safety level
Each set of Huayin waste pyrolysis plant is equipped with water
sealing device( avoid explosions) , safety valve , pressure gauge ,
alarm and temperature monitor to ensure safe production.
Workers don’t need to enter into the pyrolysis reactor to load
feedstocks, thus to guarantee the security of the workers.
