The function of the waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant is to
convert various kinds of waste tires like car tyres , motorcycle
tires, bicycle tires, and OTR tires , plastic scrap to fuel oil,
carbon black, steel wire, and syngas. Due to the advantages of
environmentally friendly, energy-saving, high safety level, and
large profit of this equipment, it is widely used for the treatment
of waste rubber and plastic products.

THE HY-30 continuous pyrolysis system can be installed into metal
frames size of 40 feet HQ container, designed for controlled
thermal decomposition process of hydrocarbon-based materials
utilization.
The plant is installed outdoors under the shed, the plant includes
the following assemblies:
Pyrolysis assembly
Condensation assembly
Control system equipped with safe start devices
The plant is controlled by an operator in manual or automatic mode
from the operator’s touch screen. Process data is controlled and
monitored by various instruments and a control system. Safety
interlock system monitoring deviations from main process parameters
ensures safe operation of the plan and long life of the equipment.
The plant is supplied with an air cooling system that cools media
(cooling water)

backfire device, vacuum pump to ensure operation safe and reliable.
5) Combustible Gas recycling utilization technology, the
combustible gas can be used for heating, remaining heat can be
fully utilized, realized self-supply for pyrolysis process,
dramatically minimizing running cost.
6) Adopt 3 layers of ceramic packing dedusting device and water spray,
finally, no black smoke discharged out. SGS emission report
provided.
7) Support PLC system to achieve high automation production and
ensure operation under safety conditions.
8) Low requirement for manpower and clean production.
